OrganoTex Spray-on Textile waterproofing 500 ml

ECO FRIENDLY and PFC FREE WATER REPELLENT SPRAY to improve water-
(and dirt) repellency on most functional fabrics, e.g. polyester, polyamide, wool, cotton and blends.

Excellent for functional outdoor garments and gears, e.g. shells, soft-shells, ski-wear, wind breakers, bags, tents and also suitable for natural fabrics
like wool and cotton products for outdoor use.
Maintains the fabrics breathability, color and structure.

The product is able to dry in room temperature, however preferable use a tumble dryer or drying cabinet for reactivate the DWR impregnation
most effective when possible. Easy to apply by spray on clean and dry textile.
This product has been developed according to the highest sustainable standard, totally free from PFOA, PFOS, it’s called PFC free*) (fluorocarbon free) and doesn´t content any other harmful chemicals. Classified as readily biodegradable (within 14days).

More about DWR:
Most outdoor garments are treated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellency). Many brands have moved on to use a PFC free DWR, which won’t be as durable as the ones using fluorocarbons. This means the garment needs to be re-impregnate more often to maintain the functionality, breathability and the keep the outer fabrics dry.
